Lycoris LLC (the "Company") establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of Users’ personal information and related information in the official overseas direct digital shop operated by the Company under the name LYCORIS (the "Service"), as follows.

The Company may collect the following information in providing the Service:

Handle name (display name)

Account authentication information necessary for login

Order and purchase history

Information submitted for Product production (for example, an English name and optional notes for Name Art)

Delivery-related information (for example, a Google account / email address used to receive files)

Inquiry content and related correspondence

Payment-related transaction information necessary to confirm and manage Orders (card data itself is handled by Stripe; the Company does not store full card numbers)

Depending on the User’s location and the providers used, information may be processed in Japan and/or other countries.

Users shall use the Service with an understanding of this point.

The Company retains collected information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use.

If a legal retention obligation exists, information is retained for that period.

After the retention period ends, information is deleted or anonymized by appropriate means.

The Company implements reasonable security measures to prevent leakage, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access to personal information.

However, complete security cannot be guaranteed for internet communications and electronic data management.
