Lycoris LLC Terms of Service

Article 1 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows.
"Company" means Lycoris LLC.
"Service" means the creator-oriented content platform operated by the Company.
"Creator" means a person who registers with the Service and provides content.
"User" means any person who uses the Service.
"Content" means images, videos, audio, text, and other digital data.
"Fan" means a User who has joined a Creator's subscription plan.
Article 2 (Scope)
These Terms set forth the conditions for use of the Service.
By using the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 3 (Service Description)
The Company provides a platform that connects Creators and Users.
Functions provided by the Company include the following:
Sample content display
Subscription functionality
Individual sales functionality
Payment processing mediation
Messaging and other communication support features
The Company is not the provider of the Content itself.
Article 4 (Age Restriction)
An age verification screen will be implemented for areas that include adult-oriented content.
Use by persons under 18 years of age is prohibited.
Users shall comply with age restrictions at their own responsibility.
Article 5 (Subscription Plans)
Creators may set the following plans:

Main plan
Prices may be freely set by Creators.
Article 6 (Individual Sales)
Creators may sell Content individually in addition to subscriptions.
The Company's fee for individual sales shall be 20% of the sales price.
Article 7 (Membership Number System and Fees)
Creators are assigned membership numbers in order of registration, and the following base fee rates apply:
Membership Nos. 1–10: 5%
Membership Nos. 11–100: 6%
Membership Nos. 101–1000: 8%
Membership Nos. 1001 and above: 11%
[Early Participant Privilege — Referral System (Membership Nos. 1–1000)]
Creators may refer up to two other Creators.
If a referred Creator meets the conditions, the referrer's fee is reduced by 1% per qualified referral.
Maximum reduction: 2%
Conditions for the referral system are as follows:
The referred Creator maintains monthly revenue of JPY 15,000 or more
"Monthly revenue" in this section means the total revenue from subscriptions and individual sales in the relevant month.
Conditions are assessed as of the end of each month
If conditions are no longer met, the reduction ceases to apply
If conditions are met again, the reduction is reapplied
[Volume Discount System (Membership Nos. 1001 and above)]
For Creators with membership numbers 1001 and above, the volume discount system applies:
1% fee reduction if the Creator's own active paying fans reach 1,000 or more
An additional 1% fee reduction if the Creator's own active paying fans reach 5,000 or more
Volume discount assessments are based on active paying fans as of the end of each month.
[Loyalty Discount]
A loyalty discount applies to Creators who continue using the Service:
0.1% fee reduction for each year of continued use
Maximum reduction: 1%
[Minimum Fee Rates]
The minimum fee rate for each membership number tier is as follows:
Membership Nos. 1–10: 3%
Membership Nos. 11–100: 4%
Membership Nos. 101–1000: 6%
Membership Nos. 1001 and above: 8%
The Company may separately define detailed operational rules for the referral system, volume discount system, and loyalty discount in order to maintain these programs.
Article 8 (Delivery Obligation)
Creators shall provide Content in accordance with what was sold.
Delivery must be completed within 7 days after payment confirmation.
Article 9 (Refunds)
The Company may process refunds in the following cases:
The Creator fails to deliver
The delivery deadline has passed
The Company deems a refund appropriate
Transfer fees and other costs associated with refunds shall be borne by the User.
Article 10 (Payment Methods)
Payment methods available on the Service shall be those designated by the Company.
Currently, user-facing payments on the international edition are processed exclusively in cryptocurrency.
The Company may add other payment methods in the future.
Article 11 (Revenue Confirmation and Payout)
Payouts to Creators shall, in principle, be made at the end of the month following the closing month.
The Company may establish a payout hold period when necessary.
Article 12 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users shall not engage in the following acts:
Violations of laws
Fraud
Copyright infringement
Impersonation
Spam
Unauthorized access
Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 13 (Account Suspension)
If a Terms violation is identified, the Company may suspend an account or permanently ban a User without prior notice.
Article 14 (Disclaimer)
The Company makes no warranties regarding the legality, accuracy, or quality of any Content.
The Company shall not be liable for disputes between Creators and Users.
Article 15 (Amendments)
The Company may amend these Terms as necessary.
Amended Terms shall take effect upon publication on the Service.
Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
The Nagoya District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Service.
Article 17 (Severability)
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
