LYCORIS

Operation of an official overseas direct digital shop for one-time digital Products sold by the Company (including Japanese Name Art and Japanese scenery / atmosphere works).

Payment is processed via Stripe.

Delivery is made digitally, principally via Google Drive or another method designated by the Company.

As displayed on each Product page at the time of purchase (USD).

· Communication costs required for internet connection

· Fees charged by the User’s card issuer, bank, or payment institution

These costs are borne by the User.

At the time of checkout, according to Stripe’s processing.

After payment confirmation, the Company provides the Product by digital Delivery.

Unless otherwise stated on the Product page, the Company aims to complete Delivery within seven (7) days after payment confirmation.

For made-to-order Products such as Name Art, production and Delivery may take longer as indicated on the Product page or in Order communications.

Due to the nature of digital content, cancellations and refunds after payment confirmation or after Delivery has begun are generally not accepted.

However, the Company may refund or re-deliver at its discretion in cases such as:

· the Company fails to deliver the Product

· Delivery is not made within the stated period without reasonable cause

· other cases the Company deems appropriate

Fees arising in connection with a refund may be borne by the User to the extent permitted by law.

Use of the Service requires:

· an internet connection

· a standard web browser

· an environment capable of receiving email

· where required for Delivery, a usable Google account / related external service environment

The Company provides digital Products as described on each Product page.

The Company is not liable for damages arising from external services (including Stripe and Google Drive), network outages, or the User’s device/environment, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
