Operation of a creator-oriented content platform

The Company provides the following functions:

· Subscription services

· Individual content sales

· Sample content display

· Payment processing mediation

· Transaction support between Creators and Users

Based on prices set by each Creator.

Details are displayed on each product page or plan page.

· Communication costs required for internet connection

· Cryptocurrency network and payment processing fees

· Other fees arising from the payment method used

These costs are borne by the User.

Cryptocurrency payments on the international edition.

The Company may add other payment methods in the future.

According to the payment method selected by the User.

For digital content, provision is made under the Creator's responsibility after purchase or contract formation.

Timing follows conditions set by each Creator.

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds and cancellations after provision are generally not accepted.

However, the Company may process a refund at its discretion in the following cases:

· The Creator fails to provide the content

· Delivery has not been made within 7 days after payment confirmation

· Other cases the Company deems refund-appropriate

Transfer fees and other costs arising upon refund may be borne by the User.

Timing and conditions for revenue payouts to Creators follow the Terms of Service and other rules established by the Company.

The Company may withhold or adjust payouts for reasonable reasons such as fraud prevention, refund handling, or legal compliance.

Use of the Service requires:

· An internet connection

· A standard web browser

· An environment capable of receiving email

The Company makes no warranties regarding the content, quality, legality, or accuracy of content provided by Creators.

Responsibility for content lies with the Creator.
